Must be 18 to be in the pool area alone; or have someone at least 18 with you at all times. -Pest Control will enter the unit to spray on the 2nd Friday of the month quarterly (for example Feb, May, Aug, Nov). they start at 9am until finished. There is no mid-stay cleaning, and we supply only a starter pack of essentials, such as small soap, a couple of rolls of TP, paper towels & trash bags. You will need to purchase or bring more for your own use if you are staying more than a couple of days. -We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay. - No motorcycles, boats, trailers, commercial vehicles, etc.
