-Privately owned unit- no daily housekeeping. We provide a starter pack of TP, paper towels, soaps, etc and 2 sets of towels per guest. Use of laundry room may not be available. -We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay. - The mini golf is currently unavailable for remodel . - There is one PTAC unit in the condo, located in the bedroom closest to the balcony. There is a blower system and vent in the other bedroom, and it does cool down, but the first bedroom also has a dehumidifier for comfort. The dehumidifier can cause the room to feel warmer, so feel free to turn it off. We have ceiling fans for added comfort as well. -Like all oceanfront properties in the South, occasional bug sightings are simply part of the humid, tropical environment, and every resort along the beach deals with this issue. Our HOA performs professional pest control on a regular schedule, treating every single unit throughout the building as well as all common areas and amenities. It’s possible you may see an occasional bug during your stay — sometimes even a dead one — which is actually a sign the treatments are working. We want to set clear expectations that seeing an occasional bug in an oceanfront condo is a normal part of the beach experience and not something we offer refunds for. If you do notice a bug, please send us a quick message. We have an agreement with our HOA pest control company, and they come out and re-treat the area promptly whenever a bug sighting is reported, but they do ask for photos so please try to provide those as well.
