Our Property

Wonderful 2 room unit at the Grande Cayman Resort, located on the Golden Mile, in the north part of Myrtle Beach, SC! This awesome 1st floor, ocean view condo is located in the north building w/ easy access to the beach, hot tubs, pools, lazy river & water park. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed & a 65-in flat screen TV w/ a door to separate from the kitchen & living space. The living space features another queen-sized bed, a 50-in flat screen TV & a futon couch. View the ocean from the balcony!

Good to know

The condo is set up shot-gun style. When you walk in, you will be in the bedroom. There is a door to shut the bedroom off from the rest of the unit. Through the bedroom is a full kitchen. The bathroom off to the side of that (shower/tub combo). If you walk all the way through the galley style kitchen, you will come into the living space where you will find a dining table/chairs, a futon couch, and another queen bed. The balcony is off of this room, where you can watch the waves and feel the wind come off the ocean.

Other Details to Note

-Privately owned unit- no daily housekeeping. We provide a starter pack of TP, paper towels, soaps, etc and 2 sets of towels per guest. Use of laundry room may not be available. -We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay. - The mini golf is currently unavailable for remodel -Although this unit will sleep 5it's more Ideal for 2-4 people, and it can feel a bit crowded if you spend a lot of time in the room. Please look at pictures and read description closely. - There is one PTAC unit in the condo, located in the bedroom closest to the balcony. There is a blower system and vent in the other bedroom, and it does cool down, but the first bedroom also has a dehumidifier for comfort. The dehumidifier can cause the room to feel warmer, so feel free to turn it off. We have ceiling fans for added comfort as well.

This is our 2nd year staying and we have loved it both times! The space is on the smaller side, but it's worth it because it is literally right next to the pool, lazy river, water slide, & beach access. The way it is set up behind a hallway with a door, you don't hear a peep from the pool area (we do bring a sound machine for the kids though so that we don't hear hallway noise), but yet you're right there. That makes a trip with kids super simple because if you need to pop back to the room to use the bathroom, make a quick snack, reapply sunscreen, grab a toy, you name it, you're right around the corner & you don't have to load everything up or make a long trek. It's on the 1st floor so you're not up and down stairs or elevators all the time. It's right around the corner from the onsite Starbucks and the 2 restaurants & tiki bar. The space is very efficiently organized and our family of 5 has enjoyed it comfortably for the past 2 years and hopefully many more to come! Highly recommend!
