Our Property

2 bdrm, 2 bath. Nicely equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. First floor. The community is a short one block from the ocean. 840 heated square feet with a deep balcony that runs across the entire width of the unit. The balcony overlooks the courtyard that includes an outdoor pool, a hot tub, an indoor heated pool, and grills for guests to use. The heated pool is a wonderful attraction for guests that visit during the winter months. There are beach toys, beach chairs, and a wagon available to use.

Guest has access to the entire condo, with the exception of the locked owners closet. Guest has access to all pools, hot tubs and grilling/picnic area as well.

The place was very clean and comfortable! Our party of 6 felt right at home and had plenty of room. We enjoyed playing board games and the hot tub. The indoor pool was not heated though and a little to cool for our Littles. Nice location and not busy during Spring break!
