The primary bedroom features a brand-new KING bed, and a smart TV. It has a full ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a twin daybed with a twin trundle and a smart TV. There is a full bathroom in the hall with shower. A stackable washer/dryer can be found in the hallway as well. The kitchen has a cook top stove, but no traditional oven. A toaster oven is available, as is a microwave. There's a full-size refrigerator and a breakfast bar. The balcony is the best part of the condo, featuring beautiful views of the ocean and the pool. There are two tall chairs, a table for drinks, and a shorter adirondack chair for relaxing while reading a book or listening to the waves! EXTERIOR FEATURES Elevator, Parking Garage (6'9" Clearance), Outdoor Shower, Shared Indoor and Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub, motorcycles allowed. Non-Smoking Unit. No Pets Allowed. Per the HOA: Service Dogs must provide shot records and be registered with the front desk ahead of time. Please reach out before booking if you have a service dog. AMENITIES This property has central heat and air, a dehumidifier, and a ceiling fan in the kitchen. All bedding will have a mattress cover, sheets, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We provide a small soap, mini shampoo, a couple of rolls of TP, a roll of paper towels, a few trash bags and some dish soap to get you started. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply.
