Good to know
Located in Magnolia North at Myrtlewood Golf Club. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite with shower/tub combo. Small closet, dresser, smart TV. The secondary bedroom has two twin beds with a closet , dresser, smart TV and access to the main bathroom which features a shower/tub combo as well. If you have a family of 5-6, you may utilize the pull out sofa bed for extra sleeping space. There's plenty of room on the couch and at the dining table for the entire group to hang out together! The balcony is spacious as well, with seating for 4. From the balcony, you can see the seasonal community pool. There's a keyfob hanging by the front door for entry, along with pool bands, which should be worn while at the pool (please don't lose them, as we have to pay to replace them and will unfortunately have to pass that fee along to the guests).
Other Details to Note
We offer one set of bath towels per guest. We do not supply beach/pool towels. There is no mid-stay cleaning, and we supply only a starter pack of essentials, such as small soap, a couple of rolls of TP, paper towels & trash bags. You will need to purchase or bring more for your own use if you are staying more than a couple of days. -We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay.
