Our Property
Nestled among the live oaks, this spacious 2/2 has nice views of the sunset from the 3rd floor. Quiet, end unit with marsh views. 2 balconies! Across the street from the beach, Ocean Annies and all that Shore Drive has to offer! This complex has a community pool, grilling area and washer/dryer in unit for your convenience. Full kitchen has a dishwasher! Sleeps 6 if you use the pull-out sofa bed. We also offer a pack-n-play for families with a baby. Linens provided. Must be 24 yrs old to rent.

We also provide some pool and beach items for your use. *Please make sure to read the house rules before requesting to book. Booking this property means that you fully read and agree to the rules. *We reserve the right to ask for a larger deposit in some cases, such as groups of young adults or guests without history of rental through airbnb.This change will not be made without your approval.
Other Details to Note
The glass on the balconies are a little foggy from moisture (but they are clean!). The furniture on the balconies may vary from photos. There is no elevator. Longer stays (4 wks or more) are subject to a higher cleaning fee and larger damage deposit.

Highly desired area amongst golfers and vacationers. Near restaurant row, Tanger Outlet, Walmart, Kroger, Ocean Annies (across the street). Find ice cream, beach bars, and little shops within walking distance!

There are a few places to go within walking distance. You may want a car or to call an uber to explore Myrtle Beach, though.
