Other Details to Note

This unit is rented through an off-site property manager. No need to check in at guest services. That being said, you will also not get daily housekeeping. You will be provided with bath towels and sheets, but they won't be replenished during your stay. There is a paid laundry room next door in case you need that. We can also offer mid-stay housekeeping for an extra fee, dependent on the availability of the cleaner. Cleaning fees and damage deposits will be higher for stays of 4 weeks or more.

You will have direct access to the condo with NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN! You will also have access to: -The entire condo (with the exception of 1 locked supply closet) -Indoor HEATED pool -Outdoor pool and a kiddie pool -Indoor and outdoor hot tubs -Outdoor lazy river -Beachfront lawn with tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs amongst the palm trees -Free parking in front of the building (limited spaces) or diagonally across the road in the parking garage. ---Parking passes will be in your room upon arrival. -Free access to ice machines on the floor
