Master bedroom features a King size bed, with an ensuite and a private exit to balcony. There's a large closet in the hall for clothing, and a dresser in the room. There's also a flat screen TV with a Roku remote. Guest bedroom has 2 twins with one trundle, sleeping a total of 3. Good sized closet, dresser and flat screen TV also with a Roku remote. The kitchen has full sized appliances, plenty of cookware including toaster, blender, coffee pot (drip and Keurig). There's a breakfast bar and a dining table. The LR features a comfy loveseat and an even comfier couch that can be unfolded into a sleeper-sofa to sleep additional guests. We have games for those rainy days, but hopefully you will be able to spend most of your time enjoying one of the two pools, the beach, watching the birds at the marsh, or grilling at one of the shared bbq stations on the property! There are beach toys, an umbrella, chairs, a pack n play, books, a cooler, and other items for you to enjoy. These can be found in the closets and throughout the condo. We make no guarantee of the condition of these items, but we ask you to PLEASE treat them with respect and return them in the condition you find them, so the next guests can enjoy them, too. This is the owner's own private retreat, so it is their second home that they have put a lot of effort into making comfortable. It’s looked just like the pictures and everything was very clean! The only thing we didn’t like was that we had 2 small toddlers and being on the 3rd floor without and elevator was very hard but we would definitely stay there again with just adults or once our kids were big enough to carry their own luggage and climb up the stairs easier. We will recommend this place to everyone!
