Master bedroom has king bed; spare bedroom 2 twin beds. Master bath has walk in closet as well as toilet and shower separate from sink area. Completely stocked for a home away from home. Other Details to Note
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay. - Motorcycles are not allowed, per the HOA - No elevator, must climb stairs -Must put parking passes in car or you may get towed. - We supply a starter pack of toiletries such as mini shampoo, mini soap, a couple rolls of TP, etc. You will likely need to replenish these during your stay. -Our HOA has scheduled the pest control company to come out on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. This is not an optional service, so please be aware that if you are staying on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, they will enter to spray. It should only take a few minutes. They will knock before entering. You do not have to be there, as they have their own specific code to get in. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
