Other Details to Note
-You will not have access to the waterpark. The hot tubs, pools and lazy river (shown in photos) are available for your use. -The unit is privately owned, and managed off-site; therefore, all linens and towels will need to stay in the unit. - We provide a starter pack of toiletries only. You will need to purchase or bring extra if staying more than a day or so. -We provide at least one set of bath towels per guest, but you may want to pack extras. We definitely recommend packing beach towels! -There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an extra fee. -We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive late or cancel your stay. -We will not be able to offer late check-outs in the spring/summer. Even if we don't have a guest arriving the day of your departure, we must have the unit prepared for a last-minute booking. Furthermore, our cleaners stay busy and have tight schedules, so we need to adhere to the check-out times in order to allow for our cleaners and inspectors to go home to their families at a decent hour. Thank you for understanding! -Sand Dunes is a NON-SMOKING resort (including vaping). Smoking is prohibited in the condo, on balconies, and in common spaces.
